The Challenge

Lost in a sea of sameness.

Seawag make genuinely superior waterproof products, including waterproof phone cases, waterproof bags, and more. But their brand and marketing didn't reflect it. They were positioned and priced as a commodity. Customers couldn't see the difference, so they bought on price alone.

On top of that, their sales peaked in summer and flatlined for the rest of the year. They had a brilliant product with year-round potential, but nothing was driving consistent demand outside of the warm-weather window. Without a clear brand story, Seawag was invisible online. Their social presence was inconsistent and their website wasn't converting. The product deserved better.

We repositioned Seawag from a brand selling waterproof products to an elements-proof brand, built for water, snow, rain, mud, dust, and sand. Perfect for year-round use, regardless of the season. We rewrote their messaging pillars from the ground up and built a bespoke website that told that story clearly and converted.

We managed their social media on a monthly basis, kept their site running and optimised, and supported their sales team with global event activity, including CES, creating any design collateral their team needed along the way.
