CONTENT

THE CONTENT STRATEGY THAT TOOK A CLIENT FROM 0 TO 10K.

How a clear content framework, a consistent rhythm and a smart distribution plan built a real audience from scratch in under a year.

One of our clients came to us with a brand new website, zero social following and a product genuinely worth talking about. Twelve months later, they had 10,000 engaged followers and a content engine that generated consistent inbound leads. Here's the exact approach we used.

1. KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE DEEPLY

Before writing a single word, we spent time understanding the audience their real questions, frustrations, language and aspirations. We conducted interviews, read forums, analysed competitors' comment sections and built detailed customer profiles.

  • What questions does your audience ask repeatedly?
  • What language do they actually use?
  • What content do they already consume?
  • What problem are they urgently trying to solve?

2. BUILD CONTENT PILLARS

We organised all content around four core pillars aligned with the brand's positioning and the audience's needs. Every piece of content whether a social post, blog article or email had to map to one of these pillars. This created coherence and made planning dramatically faster.

3. ESTABLISH A CONSISTENT RHYTHM

Consistency is the most underrated content strategy. We committed to two long-form blog posts, three social posts and one email per week. We batched content creation monthly, built a two-week buffer and never missed a publish date.

Content marketing is a long game. The brands that win are the ones who never stop showing up.

4. DISTRIBUTE INTELLIGENTLY

Creating great content is only half the job. We repurposed every long-form piece across multiple channels blog posts became email newsletters, email became social snippets, social posts became ad creative. One piece of content, six touchpoints.

5. TRACK WHAT ACTUALLY WORKS

Monthly, we reviewed every metric that mattered not vanity metrics but engagement rates, email open rates, time on page and (most importantly) leads generated. We doubled down on what worked and cut what didn't. By month six, we knew exactly what content drove inbound conversations.
